We foster and promote local, national and international connections for artists, stimulating cross-cultural exchange, economic development, and innovative artistic leadership presently focusing on embodying principles of conscious leadership (www.conscious.is).

Our values grow and evolve as we grow and evolve.

STYLE

We organize and create collaboratively and co-creatively with an awareness that art, in part, chooses us to flow through.  We have organized intuitively in what Conscious Leadership calls a  "By Me" style flowing more as a "By Us" style.  What makes organic best next step sense is to also adopt a "Through Us" style of organization as a next journey of exploration.
