Being present in the moment, and engaging authentically is most likely a skill I am most adept at, and it is curious to me why I haven't developed a regular improvisation practice. I think, in part, because I enjoy connecting with others, and the availability of playmates ebbs and flows. I set the intention to welcome a regular improvisation in performance practice.
